第2篇 管理流程項目經(jīng)理崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、建立項目流程和標準,制定工作規(guī)范和章程,組織員工培訓和經(jīng)驗分享;
2、對公司項目集集中管控,其中包含進程管理、質量管理、風險管理、問題管理、資源池管理、績效匯報等;從市場調研、項目立項、供方考察、供方確認、合同、項目研發(fā)、項目實施、項目上線、階段性驗收、階段性付款、項目運維、產(chǎn)品更新迭代完整生命周期進行規(guī)范化管理;
3、部門日常事務性工作。
任職資格
1、具有五年以上獨立負責跨多部門集成類大型項目管理經(jīng)驗;
2、練使用各種項目管理工具,文檔能力強,獨立做過項目建設指導手冊、項目實施計劃等項目初期建設文檔;
3、執(zhí)行能力強。善于歸納總結不間斷優(yōu)化改善計劃,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題解決問題,推動團隊效能不斷提升;
4、正直、敬業(yè)、主動、積極、樂觀,有較強的學習能力、溝通能力、團隊協(xié)作能力和邏輯思維能力;具有吃苦耐勞精神,能承受較大工作壓力;
5、本科學歷以上,具備pmp相關資質證書者優(yōu)先,pmo工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
