work as supply chain d2s planning governance body， oversee and lead the end to end process from portfolio management， demand planning， and supply planning.
作為供應(yīng)鏈需求至供應(yīng)計(jì)劃的主要負(fù)責(zé)人，縱覽并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目集管理，需求計(jì)劃及供應(yīng)計(jì)劃。
develop and lead the ibp process， drive for realistic and consensus demand forecast with cross functions; identify supply risk at early stage and propose mitigation actions. ensure sufficient supply to support r&d and commercial requirements.
開發(fā)并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)整合業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃（ibp）流程，與各部門一同促進(jìn)合理且達(dá)成一致的需求預(yù)測(cè)，在早期識(shí)別供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并提出解決方案。確保足夠的供應(yīng)以滿足研發(fā)及商業(yè)需求。
develop and lead project management and change management process. translate r&d and business assumptions into executable plans from supply chain perspective.

spoc to capacity and production planning， ensure continuous supply and optimized inventory with leveraged site capacity.
產(chǎn)能及生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的單點(diǎn)聯(lián)系人，確保持續(xù)供應(yīng)；優(yōu)化的庫(kù)存水平及平衡的產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃。
represent supply chain to coordinate new product launches.
代表供應(yīng)鏈，參與協(xié)調(diào)新產(chǎn)品上市項(xiàng)目。
lead continuous supply chain improvement to enhance supply chain reliability， resilience， efficiency and agility.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)持續(xù)的供應(yīng)鏈改進(jìn)，提高供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性、彈性、效率及速度。
successfully lead the team. engage and mobilize team members to achieve team targets. .
owner/co-owner of forecast accuracy， otif， and cdi.
負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性、準(zhǔn)時(shí)足量交付、及庫(kù)存水平等kpi。
任 職 條 件（包括學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、從業(yè)經(jīng)歷、能力特點(diǎn)等）：
bachelor’s degree or above；english cet6 or above
本科學(xué)位及以上; 英語(yǔ)六級(jí)及以上
bachelor：above 8 years working experience. master: above 5 years working experience in demand， supply， production， material planning. at least 3 years demand planning and project management experience.
本科8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；碩士：5年以上工作需求、供應(yīng)、生產(chǎn)、物料計(jì)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)。至少三年以上需求計(jì)劃及項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
capable of dealing with complex supply chain environments， and lead cross functions to align possible solutions.
能夠應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境，并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跨部門尋求解決方案。
familiar with sap system (apo modules) is a plus ；capable of modeling for in excel for project management and demand planning.
最好能熟悉sap系統(tǒng) (高級(jí)計(jì)劃優(yōu)化器模塊); 能夠用excel建立項(xiàng)目管理、需求計(jì)劃模型
good analytical and communication skill; capable of driving for right decision and make consensus in complicated situation.
