第4篇 運營質(zhì)量管理主辦崗位職責(zé)
1負(fù)責(zé)全區(qū)物流業(yè)務(wù)的運營質(zhì)量監(jiān)紅作：
(1)督促檢査全區(qū)中郵快貨的配送及時率、信息及時反饋率兩項指標(biāo)每日的完成情況。對各盟市局的質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)(vip)進(jìn)行考核、通報及獎懲。
(2)監(jiān)控檢查全區(qū)中郵快貨物流業(yè)務(wù)的破損丟失、客戶滿意度、投訴、返單等工作。
(3)監(jiān)督考核全區(qū)一體化物流業(yè)務(wù)的信息反饋、配送及時、客戶投訴、客戶滿意度、破損丟失等運營質(zhì)量監(jiān)控指標(biāo)。
(4)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)內(nèi)中郵快貨的保險工作。
(5)負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)、出口物流郵件破損、丟失后的報險工作。對于破損、丟失的物流郵件應(yīng)及時向中郵物流公司相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行報險，對中郵物流反饋的報險郵件及時收集單證，保證中郵物流公司處理破損郵件賠償?shù)臅r效性。
(6)負(fù)責(zé)處理一體化項目的索賠工作，做好一體化項目的返單工作。

3.負(fù)責(zé)全區(qū)中郵快貨、一體化物流業(yè)務(wù)的信息查詢工作。及時處理各地査詢?nèi)藛T查詢的物流郵件，并對查詢結(jié)果及時反饋。
