第1篇 拓展主任崗位職責
課程拓展與招生(副)主任 香港大學space中國商業(yè)學院 港大思培(北京)咨詢有限公司,香港大學space中國商業(yè)學院,港大思培 工作目的:
在北京教學中心具體負責課程拓展與招生工作,達致既定的招生收入業(yè)績目標,提升所負責課程的知名度和美譽度。
工作職責:
1、深入學習理解所負責課程,分析制定所負責課程在華北地區(qū)的目標人群策略,制定合理的招生分解計劃并有效實施招生分解計劃;
2、通過有效的溝通跟進,成功招選符合香港大學space中國商業(yè)學院入學要求的學生,并完成既定的績效任務:
1)組織執(zhí)行所負責課程的開放日、咨詢?nèi)盏日猩茝V工作,講解學院與課程介紹,并激發(fā)參與活動人員個人的報讀意向;
2)高效跟進具有報讀課程意向的各類潛在人員線索,通過有效的個人溝通(如書面、電話或面談等方式)識別合格的申請人,促使合格意向人員申請報讀所負責課程并成功繳納學費;
3)根據(jù)學院招生錄取規(guī)范,協(xié)助學員完成報讀申請、面試、繳費、注冊、赴港參加開學等各項工作。
3、制定所負責課程的推廣計劃,拓展推廣合作資源,服從課程中心地區(qū)統(tǒng)籌主管的分工,負責執(zhí)行相應的推廣計劃。
4、協(xié)助班級教務管理工作,做好所負責課程人脈圈經(jīng)營,推動所負責課程的提升教學品質(zhì),創(chuàng)造口碑,爭取得到更多的學員推薦報讀:
1)擔任招生班主任,與教務班主任配合,選拔班委,組織分享日、參訪日等學員班級活動,增強班級凝聚力;
2)按照學院的教學規(guī)章制度嚴格管理班級,配合教務班主任,在所負責課程班級樹立良好學風。
5、根據(jù)教學中心值班安排進行帶班工作,有效填寫值班日志,確保課程順利進行,及時反饋教學雙方意見,協(xié)助處理教學管理的各類危機事件。
6、上級交辦的其它事宜。

this role of bd specialist`s main responsibilities include but not limited to: identifying and incubating business interests and opportunities for customers around beijing area. the role is expected to provide business development strategic and sales support to various product lines by study the region market and business environment situation.
ii. responsibility and authority
1. collect and analyze potential client information and competition information;
2. effectively communicate with target client by telephone, visit, meeting, marketing events and other approaches to understand customer needs, look for business opportunities;
3. support the preparation of presentation materials and proposal documents;
4. collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs and manage client expectations;
5. maintain relationship with existing clients to enhance client satisfaction, explore repetitive business opportunities & cross-selling opportunities;
6. timely input and update business information in crm system, work out customer sales strategy, visit plan and exploit customer demands deeply;
7. achieve personal sales targets and objectives;
8. complete tasks as assigned by leader.
iii. education and experience
1. college degree or above, more than 5 years working experiences in sales, towards multinational company, large local company or e-commerce company is preferred.

3. excellent interpersonal communication skills with both clients and internal departments;
4. good presentation skills;
5. microsoft office skills including ppt proficiency;
6. good command of english;
7. responsible, self-motivated, positive working attitude and team-work player.
第3篇 土地拓展主任崗位職責
崗位職責:
1. 通過各種渠道收集土地項目信息;
2. 進行地塊現(xiàn)場勘踏,負責土地可行性研究報告及投資測算分析;
3. 協(xié)助部門領導參加三舊改造、并購、合作開發(fā)等項目的前期談判,撰寫相關合同協(xié)議;
4. 負責組織參加土地招拍掛競買手續(xù);
5. 組織協(xié)調(diào)各部門為項目拓展及投資決策提供支持,并在取得地塊后組織好項目資料移交;
6. 協(xié)調(diào)政府相關部門的工作,維護公司與政府部門的良好關系;
任職資格:
1、??埔陨蠈W歷;
2、二年以上房地產(chǎn)市場研究、土地獲取或三舊改造工作經(jīng)驗;
3、良好的人際關系與溝通、談判與解決問題能力、責任心強;
4、熟悉珠海土地市場,具備珠海區(qū)域成功案例者優(yōu)先考慮。

崗位職責:
1、負責配合部門總經(jīng)理拓展所負責區(qū)域商業(yè)地產(chǎn)項目;
2、負責項目篩選以及拓展項目的市場、商圈調(diào)查與風險排除;
3、負責拓展項目的可行性研究,包括市場調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)收集、投資測算和市場預判,組織編寫項目可行性研究報告;
4、負責擬合作項目的前期接洽、商務談判,過程中的風險控制。
任職資格:
1、5年以上商業(yè)地產(chǎn)行業(yè)項目拓展工作經(jīng)驗,具有豐富的商業(yè)項目拓展資源;
2、熟悉商業(yè)地產(chǎn)市場現(xiàn)狀,具備豐富的商業(yè)項目拓展資源;
3、房地產(chǎn)、文學類相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷;
4、能適應加班、出差。
