我叫__，在這里我以平常人的心態(tài)，參與幸福中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師崗位競(jìng)聘。此次競(jìng)聘，本人為了響應(yīng)人事制度改革的召喚，在有可能的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值。我現(xiàn)年39歲，大專文化程度，中學(xué)一級(jí)教師職稱。1986年畢業(yè)于臨滄師范學(xué)校英語(yǔ)班，同年八月分配到幸福中學(xué)任教。工作至今，我熱愛(ài)黨，熱愛(ài)社會(huì)主義，服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分工安排，愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，積極完成學(xué)校交給的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
參與這次競(jìng)聘，我認(rèn)為我主要有以下的幾個(gè)有利條件：
1、有初中教師資格證書(shū)和合格學(xué)歷。
2、在這20年的教育教學(xué)工作中，我一直承擔(dān)初三年級(jí)教育教學(xué)工作，曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任過(guò)班主任，教育教學(xué)成績(jī)居全縣前列，具有豐富的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，是我校的骨干教師。
3、有較強(qiáng)團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作、吃苦耐勞、扎實(shí)工作、追求上進(jìn)、不甘落后等精神。
4、經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的教育教學(xué)工作的鍛煉，使自己各方面素質(zhì)得以提高，1997年榮幸地被__市委、市政府評(píng)為市級(jí)優(yōu)秀教師。
5、在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中我不斷學(xué)習(xí)提高自己的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)能力，在努力做好本職工作的同時(shí)，我于1997至__年參加__師范大學(xué)舉辦的英語(yǔ)函授學(xué)習(xí)，并于__年八月修完全部課程，取得?？茖W(xué)歷，使我的綜合能力得到進(jìn)一步的提高。
6、為了適應(yīng)新時(shí)代的教育教學(xué)要求，近幾年來(lái)，本人通過(guò)自學(xué)，掌握了計(jì)算機(jī)的簡(jiǎn)單操作使用。學(xué)會(huì)了wps、word、powerpoint、e_cel等教學(xué)上用得到的常用軟件的使用，學(xué)會(huì)了上網(wǎng)，經(jīng)常瀏覽有關(guān)教育網(wǎng)站，了解關(guān)于教育教學(xué)改革的信息和新動(dòng)態(tài)，并能從網(wǎng)上下載一些有助于教育教學(xué)的資料，與發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)同步享受最新資源信息，為我校即將構(gòu)建的多媒體教學(xué)、電化教學(xué)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)備課、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
幾年的工作使我深深地感到機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存，成功與辛酸同在。參與這次競(jìng)聘，我愿在求真務(wù)實(shí)中認(rèn)識(shí)自己，在積極進(jìn)取中不斷追求，在拼搏奉獻(xiàn)中實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中完善自己。我深知教學(xué)工作的重要性，我愿服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分工安排，完成學(xué)校安排的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)，想學(xué)校之所想，急學(xué)校之所急，并與廣大教師打成一片，齊心協(xié)力，搞好教育教學(xué)工作。我將笨鳥(niǎo)先飛，不負(fù)眾望，做到"以為爭(zhēng)位，以位促為"。具體做到以下幾個(gè)方面：
1、按教學(xué)大綱和教學(xué)內(nèi)容作好計(jì)劃，設(shè)計(jì)教案，學(xué)期學(xué)年末寫(xiě)好總結(jié)。
2、合理布置并及時(shí)批改作業(yè)，捕捉分析作業(yè)對(duì)錯(cuò)情況，并及時(shí)反饋。
3、鉆研教育教學(xué)理論，積極參加教改實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，不斷改進(jìn)教法，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
4、關(guān)心學(xué)生，因材施教，分層次教學(xué)，讓學(xué)生不同程度的得以提高，配合學(xué)校，進(jìn)一步搞好控輟保學(xué)工作。
5、積極參加教研活動(dòng)，每周聽(tīng)課不少于一節(jié)，上好學(xué)校開(kāi)展的優(yōu)質(zhì)課和公開(kāi)課。
6、服從學(xué)校安排，按時(shí)上下課，不遲到，不曠課，有事請(qǐng)假。
另外我還將做到：
1、在工作中不斷加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，提高素質(zhì)。一方面是加強(qiáng)政治理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)，不斷提高自己的政治理論修養(yǎng)和明辨大是大非的能力。另一方面是加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)和高科技知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)，緊跟時(shí)代步伐，不斷充實(shí)，使自己更加能勝任本職工作。
2、扎實(shí)工作，銳意進(jìn)取。既發(fā)揚(yáng)以往好的作風(fēng)、好的傳統(tǒng)，埋頭苦干，扎實(shí)工作，又注重在工作實(shí)踐中摸索經(jīng)驗(yàn)、探索路子，和大家一道努力把幸福中學(xué)辦好。
3、與各位老師緊密配合，關(guān)心學(xué)生，愛(ài)護(hù)學(xué)生，教育學(xué)生，服務(wù)學(xué)生。既注重精品學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)，又不忘對(duì)差生的努力轉(zhuǎn)化，不歧視差生，更不諷刺打擊差生，使各個(gè)學(xué)生的人格和個(gè)性得以建康地發(fā)展。
4、與同事和睦相處，剛?cè)徇m度，對(duì)事當(dāng)斷則斷，不優(yōu)柔寡斷；粗細(xì)適度，即大事不糊涂，小事不計(jì)較。力爭(zhēng)在服務(wù)中顯示實(shí)力，在工作中形成動(dòng)力，在創(chuàng)新中增強(qiáng)壓力，在與人交往中凝聚合力。

at the end of last year i broke my left foot for a third time. i had to leave the basketball court, and spent the last half of the year waiting, just as many of those who care about me. during that period, i struggled a lot in my heart and thought a lot. now i am going to announce a personal decision: i am going to end my career as a basketball player and officially retire。

first id like to thank basketball. this great sport has brought joys to so many people, including me. i had my first basketball when i was four. i entered the sports school of _uhui district of shanghai when i was nine and entered the shanghai basketball youth team at 14. at 16, i began playing for shanghai basketball team, wearing my fathers number. i inherited my familys tradition by playing basketball. i feel so proud every time i look into the eyes of my parents, who are proud of me. i feel very honored to have the opportunity to win the cba title in 2002 with shanghai shark teammates, which has linked us all to this city behind. basketball also led me on a greater stage when i entered nba that year. i could play with all i had. whats more, i feel thankful that i had the opportunity to fight together with the national team for 10 years, which is many young players dream, and through which i got to know and married my beloved woman, and made a happy family and obtained the happiness of my life. all of these are brought by my love, basketball. i want to thank basketball。

i would also like to thank life. no matter my favorite basketball or something else, they are all parts of the life. life is like a guide. when you sincerely follow it, it will open one and another door for you and the world outside of them is so different and e_citing. today, i retired. the door of basketball is closed, but another door has just opened which will lead me to a new life waiting for me to e_perience. i will continue to participate in social welfare in the future. yao fund is my personal fund, which has been established for three years. and in the coming future, i will take this as the basis and call on more people to get involved in charity and help more people. and at the same time, i wish to know more friends here and to do some things together with you. i believe the e_changes with all of you will teach me more things that will also enrich my life and help me to start from shanghai to the whole country, from china to the whole world, so ill thank life. and in the coming future, to take it seriously will be the best reward to life。

it is true that most of us value honesty highly. however, nowadays we often confront confidence crisis such as cheating, overcharging, fake commodities and so on. i think that we should be honest because being honest is not only beneficial to ourselves but also to others and the whole society. the reasons can be listed as follows.firstly, only honest people can be truly respected by the others and can make more friends over a long period of time.
secondly, honesty, which is the traditional virtue of the chinese people, can make our life easier and more harmonious. thirdly, honesty can make our society more stable. a case in point is that singapore, a society featuring trustworthineand integrity, has a comparatively low criminal rate.
