大家好，我是初一八班的劉漪媛，我今天演講的題目是《好習(xí)慣成就我們的一生》。
生活中，我們仰慕優(yōu)秀的人，我們都渴望自己也成為一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的人，但又似乎感覺優(yōu)秀是一個(gè)遙不可及的目標(biāo)，很難達(dá)到。其實(shí)，優(yōu)秀離我們并不遙遠(yuǎn)，優(yōu)秀體現(xiàn)在你我的一言一行之中，體現(xiàn)在一件件不起眼的小事之中。
在學(xué)習(xí)上養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，這樣學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)才會(huì)有效率，在生活上養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，這樣的孩子才會(huì)讓人放心，讓人信賴。
人們常說(shuō)：播下一個(gè)行動(dòng)，便會(huì)收獲一種習(xí)慣。播下一種習(xí)慣，便會(huì)收獲一種性格。播下一種性格，便會(huì)收獲一種命運(yùn)。
在這里，我要告訴同學(xué)們一句話："積一千，累一萬(wàn)"，不如養(yǎng)成個(gè)好習(xí)慣。
但是習(xí)慣不是一下子就能養(yǎng)成的，而是一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)做成的、習(xí)慣的。坐姿需要天天挺直而習(xí)慣的，站姿需要天天按軍姿站而站習(xí)慣的，寫作業(yè)需要認(rèn)真，那是天天不斷的改正而養(yǎng)成的，每天發(fā)下來(lái)的作業(yè)本都要及時(shí)改正而習(xí)慣的，習(xí)慣于說(shuō)聲"謝謝""你好""對(duì)不起""再見"等等……….，這都是習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。
親愛的同學(xué)們：讓我們從點(diǎn)滴做起，從今天做起，持之以恒，養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣，讓老師放心、讓家長(zhǎng)放心，讓我們以良好的行為習(xí)慣做完這一生！

good evening , ladies and gentlemen . i am joy and glad to give you a speech about stress , yes , just the topic you see on the screen. psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life . statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering .
as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a 1 deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents‘s greater e_pectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us .

when i was in primary school i had a dream. i hope that i won"t have homework to do one day. but the time we can play have became less and less and 1/3 in our day we were imprisoned in the classroom so many time on study!
and till i come to the junior high school i had a dream i hope i can become a good childi can be praised by my family when i return home;can be sure by teachers at school; and can have a outstanding performance among the classmates .so shortly afterwards i had learned to struggle. however at my high school every day is bustling sometimes bad temper is too strong to be controlled but life made me understand the truth to conduct myself slowly。fortunately i worked hard every day i got up early and went to bed late grasp myself and never lighten up.
all day，all the time i am searching hardly and fight for a bright future.
with the dream chase turned up with the goal power turned up. dream is a high bridge regardless of whether it can reach the other shore。 to process dreams and to pursue them try to make them come true this is a kind of success a kind of glory. in the process of the pursuit of dreams we are growing up!!
dreams can urge people make progress endlessly perhaps in this road we will meet many difficulties and frustrations but never mind where you fall down is where you should stand up for your dream and future! after all the future not only rely on luck also depend on our own.

if you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. his method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. for most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life.
but i think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, e_cept in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. if you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.

first, i would like to know, what does your destiny offer you? happiness, wisdom, a body or something else. if i had asked this question to president ni_on, he would probably had said,"our destiny offers not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity."
needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to china is the 20__ olympic games. till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time. how much changes have you seen? new roads, new subway lines, public-e_ercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.
other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the olympic games that cannot be seen directly. for e_ample, more and more people will get to know china. i’m sure the mysterious chinese culture will attract them. and the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. what is more, olympic games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of chinese youth with the olympic values and the olympic spirit. now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?
i’ve already said a lot about the olympics and china. but i think everyone should use some time to think of this question, "does the olympic games have any special meaning to you?"
for us, i mean the chinese youth, 20__ olympic games is a tremendous gift. because what we are waiting for is to do something significant as repaying the love given to us .the society is just like a ship, and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying "hey! come here and take the helm! "how charming his voice is, but we have never heard of it in our true life. this morning, however, when we wake up, we will see the olympic games waving its hand. after chewing, most of us will have at least one plan about what to do for the olympic games. and mine is to be a "comforter" ----that is someone who will give comfort to others.
at the end of my speech, i hope all the preparation will go well, and everyone will show their ability to the world. let us seize opportunities and give a big smile to challenges.
