質(zhì)量it業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理 崗位主要職責(zé)key responsibilities:

1.深入理解公司以及對(duì)口業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)的長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況制定it對(duì)應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)發(fā)展路線圖,和業(yè)務(wù)達(dá)成一致。合理進(jìn)行預(yù)算的計(jì)劃和追蹤管理。

comprehensive understanding of company & department long-term strategic planning, define it system roadmap considering the reality and get business alignment. budget planning and tracking.

2.與業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)協(xié)作,梳理業(yè)務(wù)流程,全方面評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)需求的合理性和優(yōu)先級(jí)別;組織協(xié)調(diào)與it其他團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,全方面評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)需求實(shí)現(xiàn)的可能性和it解決方案比較;與采購(gòu)和財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)進(jìn)行高效協(xié)作,全面負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)需求向?qū)嵤╉?xiàng)目啟動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)換。

collaborate with business to clarify the rationality and priority of business requirement; coordinate and arrange the cooperation within it team, to comprehensively evaluate the business requirement feasibility and it solution comparison. closely work with purchasing and finance team and take full responsibility for the transformation from business requirement to project launch.

3.管理從項(xiàng)目交付到進(jìn)入與日常運(yùn)維過(guò)程中的所有相關(guān)工作,制定項(xiàng)目實(shí)施計(jì)劃并確保有效執(zhí)行,與項(xiàng)目各干系方有效協(xié)作,及時(shí)處理及匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展與問(wèn)題。按照公司的it項(xiàng)目管理方法論進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目交付。

overall manage from project delivery to daily operation. define project plan and ensure effective execution, collaborate with all relative parties, resolve issues and report/escalate in time. follow company standard it project management methodology.

4.多項(xiàng)目并發(fā)管理,確保在項(xiàng)目資源范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行高質(zhì)量的按時(shí)交付,把控供應(yīng)商的交付質(zhì)量。

mange multi-project delivery, ensure deliver project on time, on cost, and on quality, control the supplier delivery quality.

5.作為it服務(wù)經(jīng)理,協(xié)調(diào)管理內(nèi)外部運(yùn)維團(tuán)隊(duì),提供給用戶滿足服務(wù)等級(jí)指標(biāo)的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維服務(wù),并持續(xù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改進(jìn)

work as it service manager, coordinate and manage internal/external operation team, provide system operation service which meet sla requirement, as well as keep continuous optimization and improvement.

6.建立并維護(hù)各干系人方關(guān)系,包括公司各業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)及供應(yīng)商等,提高關(guān)聯(lián)方滿意度。

maintain relationships across multi-disciplinary work groups including different business functions, it and suppliers.

錄用標(biāo)準(zhǔn) selection criteria:

1.experience of itbp, project management, and operation management in enterprise it environment.

2.experience of the business process of customer satisfaction and company quality within the automotive environment is preferred

3.experience of tableau, sas, bw or other data analytical solutions are preferred

4.experiences of sharepoint platform is preferred

5.good analytical and reporting skills

6.strong communication and collaboration skills

7.supplier management skills

8.3+ years' project management

9.5+ years’ experience in automotive or similar manufacturing company

10.able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required. the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.

11.experience of working within a joint venture

12.fluency in english and mandarin

13.bachelor’s degree or above
