職位:變頻器售后技術(shù)工程師
解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)變頻器技術(shù)問題, 有豐富的變頻器調(diào)試, debug經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
support tasks
senior engineers are required to:
1. achieve the highest level of training on a specific product range, eg. motion, redundancy, advanced software, etc.
2. accept breakdown situation tickets from level 1 or 2 engineers when they are unable to resolve calls on first contact.
3. accept tickets from the queue even when not trained on the product
4. perform in-depth research on difficult technical problems which cannot be resolved through the typical resources used by level 1 and 2 engineers (documentation and knowledgebase, etc). such in-depth research may involve calls to product specialists anywhere in the world, duplicating faults in the tech support lab, or directing on-site engineers.
5. be involved with customerfirst escalations which involves three main tasks:
? being the primary technical trouble-shooter for the problem, or at least identifying the best technical people to work on the cases
? maintaining the ticket documentation
? managing the resolution by involving the key people to develop action plans to resolve – who is going to do what by when
6. act as primary contact and providing a degree of technical account coordination for high value customers in the region. (eg. global accounts).
7. provide coaching, either individually, or in groups (such as lunch & learns), to level 1 and 2 technical support engineers. assist in up-skilling other technical support engineers in technical or procedural processes.
8. liaise with other departments within ra to deal with product support or quality issues
9. champion and promote kcs participation.
10. have knowledge of application support and custom remote support deliverables, and capable of acting as a primary support lead (psl).
11. coordinate ibl student activities to be both productive and learning experiences.
12. act as stand-in supervisor for the group when the supervisor is absent.
qualifications
minimum : diploma or certificate in electrical or electronic engineering or it or appropriate work experience
preferred : degree level education, in mechatronics and it / computer science
languages
minimum : fluent (verbal & written) chinese.
preferred : fluent in english.
experience
minimum : one year experience as a level 2 technical support engineer or field engineer equivalent.
第2篇 變頻技術(shù)支持工程師崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1、熟悉變頻器相關(guān)技術(shù)知識(shí)及相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理流程,協(xié)助跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展;
2、根據(jù)客戶需求,擬定技術(shù)方案并協(xié)助銷售解決售前、售中技術(shù)問題;
3、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭對(duì)手分析、競(jìng)爭策略建議、招投標(biāo)答疑等。
