電儀/儀表工程師/技術(shù)員(維修) summary
this position is responsible for instrumentation, electrical power and process control equipment in the plant, based upon a strong background in in instrumentation and electrical systems. the position requires good organizational and troubleshooting skills to maintain high effectiveness of the plant operating equipment.
this position reports to support services manager.
troubleshoot problems with process measurements and electrical systems. work with i&e technicians and the maintenance department to coordinate repair of these systems.
oversee projects to install new instrumentation, motor controls and control equipment. this includes specification and purchasing, construction and start-up.
program motor protection relays and variable frequency drives (vfd). troubleshoot profibus communication between the dcs and motor control equipment.
maintain plc based control systems in the plant. modify plc controls when needed.
monitor the power distribution system, including high voltage switchgear, emergency generator and ups. schedule regular testing and maintenance.
manage the calibration program for critical instrumentation.

college and above degree in electrical engineering strongly preferred. a degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is also acceptable.
3 years’ experience in manufacturing in the area of electrical systems or instrumentation and controls, preferably both. chemicals industry experience preferred.
good management and coordination skills.
strong written and verbal communication skills in chinese and english.
electrical certification for voltage electrical work preferred
previous experience using sap for maintenance management and purchasing preferred. summary

第3篇 電氣儀表技術(shù)工程師崗位職責(zé)
1、大專以上學(xué)歷,電氣工程與自動化或測控技術(shù)與儀器等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、5年以上3800mm以上幅寬,800m/min車速以上紙機(jī)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗;熟悉abb、橫河、羅斯蒙特、西門子等知名廠家儀表;
3、西門子,abb、honeywell、metso等控制系統(tǒng)至少熟悉一種;有現(xiàn)場安裝調(diào)試經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
第4篇 儀表技術(shù)支持工程師崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持服務(wù);
2.能獨(dú)立解決客戶在安裝和使用流量計、壓力表、溫度等儀器儀表過程中的問題。
崗位要求:
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,熟悉plc等自動化編程的優(yōu)先
2.有2年及以上儀器儀表行業(yè)或者機(jī)械行業(yè)售后技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗
3.愿意主動學(xué)習(xí),增強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)知識
4.能吃苦,能適應(yīng)偶爾出差
