崗位職責：
1、組織完成項目質量計劃，通過項目組審計、質量、評估活動，識別和報告項目問題的風險并推動改進。
2、根據部門的年度計劃推進項目的執(zhí)行，并且定期的編寫部門質量報告；
3、積極主動的提出過程改進的建議，對軟件研發(fā)流程進行優(yōu)化，針對項目組重大質量問題組織回饋，推動短板改進；
