第3篇 pcba裝配工程師崗位職責(zé)內(nèi)容
1.負(fù)責(zé)smt后工序的單板裝配、測(cè)試工藝流程編寫,工裝設(shè)計(jì),編寫裝配、測(cè)試作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書。
2.擬訂pcba及測(cè)試方案,對(duì)生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控、技術(shù)指導(dǎo),負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的導(dǎo)入生產(chǎn)工作。

工作職責(zé):
1、梳理新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入流程,協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)、工藝、質(zhì)量、設(shè)備各部門,監(jiān)控新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入進(jìn)度,處理導(dǎo)入過程中的異常,保證新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行;
2、協(xié)調(diào)事業(yè)部內(nèi)部資源,處理內(nèi)部質(zhì)量、交付等異常,確保產(chǎn)品在品質(zhì)、交付滿足客戶要求;
3、通過報(bào)價(jià)分析、實(shí)際成本和盈利分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目盈虧做出合理評(píng)判,并評(píng)估與客戶在資金、市場(chǎng)等方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保項(xiàng)目成本與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最小化,收益最大化;
4、協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目組內(nèi)部成員分工和協(xié)作,定期對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員進(jìn)行評(píng)估,保證項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。
任職資格:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2、3年以上ems行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、熟悉pcba加工流程;
4、具有較強(qiáng)的英語聽說讀寫能力;
5、熟悉成本模型和報(bào)價(jià)流程;
6、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)、組織協(xié)調(diào)、推動(dòng)和人際影響力。
