焊裝工程師 湖北大冶漢龍汽車有限公司 湖北大冶漢龍汽車有限公司,漢龍 1、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品焊接夾焊裝夾具方案討論、夾具精度預(yù)驗(yàn)收及終驗(yàn)收;負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)試焊接生產(chǎn)線及白車身制造精度培育;車身門蓋的裝調(diào)工作等;
2、負(fù)責(zé)組織新產(chǎn)品夾具技術(shù)標(biāo)書及協(xié)議的編寫及評(píng)審、工藝設(shè)備工程改造工作;
3、負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目sop之前的焊接工藝文件的編制及更改;
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織新車型工藝文件、設(shè)備驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告、工藝節(jié)拍及驗(yàn)證表、工時(shí)定額、工藝主材、工藝輔料、設(shè)備工裝清單等編制;
5、負(fù)責(zé)組織車身試制過程各階段工藝驗(yàn)證工作,并組織解決工藝、設(shè)備、質(zhì)量問題的管控及推進(jìn)整改工作;
6、負(fù)責(zé)工廠工藝紀(jì)律檢查的系統(tǒng)管理;組織專項(xiàng)工藝紀(jì)律檢查以及工藝紀(jì)律抽查,并檢查相關(guān)問題的關(guān)閉情況;
7、負(fù)責(zé)工藝過程的改進(jìn),對(duì)工藝過程進(jìn)行人機(jī)工程/安全等各個(gè)方面的評(píng)估,及日常工藝檢查;
8、負(fù)責(zé)工藝設(shè)計(jì)類和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)類現(xiàn)場問題的解決,如:工藝參數(shù)不合理、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)缺陷等;
9、負(fù)責(zé)焊裝線的節(jié)拍提升與工藝優(yōu)化,提報(bào)技術(shù)改進(jìn)措施。
任職條件:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷(有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)者可適當(dāng)放寬),汽車、焊接與材料、機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)歷,5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、熟悉焊接工藝;
3、熟悉焊裝車間設(shè)備及夾具,具有5年以上主機(jī)廠焊裝車間設(shè)備運(yùn)行、維修、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備焊裝設(shè)備選型、安裝、調(diào)試等系列經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4、能熟練使用office辦公軟件及cad、catia制圖軟件;
5、會(huì)使用apqp、ppap、spc、fmea、vave、qfd、doe等質(zhì)量技術(shù)用具。
第2篇 設(shè)備保全焊裝電氣技術(shù)工程師崗位職責(zé)職位要求
職責(zé)描述:
1、負(fù)責(zé)焊裝車間現(xiàn)場設(shè)備維護(hù)和故障處理的技術(shù)支持;
2、負(fù)責(zé)組織參與焊裝車間現(xiàn)場設(shè)備維護(hù)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編制和審核;
3、參與焊裝車間設(shè)備改造等項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)以及備件、設(shè)備的提出等審核和驗(yàn)收;
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織焊裝車間現(xiàn)場該工種人員的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)以及設(shè)備管理技術(shù)支持;
5、負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)、新材料、新裝備等的導(dǎo)入和應(yīng)用。
技能:
1、掌握機(jī)械原理、材料工藝、機(jī)械制造工藝等機(jī)械專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí);
2、熟悉氣動(dòng)、液壓、電動(dòng)等設(shè)備以及元器件;
3、了解發(fā)焊裝工藝,掌握焊裝相關(guān)設(shè)備維修技術(shù);
4、掌握設(shè)備管理相關(guān)知識(shí);
5、掌握非標(biāo)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì);
6、具有良好的組織、溝通交流和協(xié)調(diào)能力。

焊裝工藝規(guī)劃工程師 we are looking for a highly motivated engineer to help optimize the performance of the gigafactory in reno nevada. specific responsibilities include optimizing the flow of people, process and material through the factory and collaborating with highly technical cross-functional teams to ensure that the factory achieves the lowest dollar per watt-hour battery cost possible.
responsibilities:
compile and manage kpis for warehouse and material handling operations with relation to programmatic targets. goals include:
dramatic reduction in material handling waste
improvement in labor efficiency
optimized space utilization
high accuracy part selection
improved reuse/recycle rates for packaging etc
perform value-stream analysis to improve factory performance.
support the development and analysis of factory layout concepts to understand and quantify tradeoffs.
support advanced trouble-shooting and improvement of existing material flow systems and procedures
work with factory design and operations to
optimize shipping and receiving area layouts.
optimize warehouse configuration and operations.
optimize material flow aisle locations and sizing.
quantify cost and operational impact of potential material storage and delivery improvements
requirements
bachelors degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain management
8+ years of industrial engineering, material flow management or warehouse management experience preferred; manufacturing, supply chain and/or logistics experience desirable.
working knowledge of material flow and manufacturing systems
in-depth knowledge of material flow methodologies: sequencing, kitting, repack, etc
understanding of lean manufacturing concepts
ability to lead kaizen efforts and solve problems
strong analytical and organizational skills. ability to manage several complex projects at the same time.
experience with autocad 2d modeling is a plus.
mastery of word, excel, powerpoint, visio.
communicates effectively at all organizational levels, both orally and in writing.
