2.be responsible for ams/aci filing, isf filing for us/canada tradelane.根據(jù)要求歸檔相關(guān)文件
3.be responsible for the master bill confirmation, checking, insurance timely according to the destination customs policy.根據(jù)目的港客戶要求負責(zé)大單確認、檢查
3.be responsible for hb/l confirmation, checking timely.及時確認hb/l
4.issue and release the hb/l to customer against payment timely.根據(jù)付款及時發(fā)放hb/l
5.follow up the sop for vip customers.跟蹤大客戶的流程
6.prepare for the pre-alert/doc set and relevant shipping docs to overseas branch/agent timely.為海外分支或代理準備預(yù)告單和相關(guān)貨運文件
7.build up and maintain the good relationship with customers and agents.與客戶、代理保持良好的溝通
8.maintain the good service quality. 確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量
qualifications:
1.college education; majored in logistics, international transportation,international business, foreign trade, or english is preferred 大專物流、國際貿(mào)易、國際商務(wù)、涉外貿(mào)易或英語專業(yè)
2.good skills in ms office application 熟悉辦公軟件
3. team spirit, proactive, hard working, 具備團隊合作精神
4. good typing skill and detail oriented 打字快,工作仔細
